Europe Your Own Way invites you to join us in Southern France. Standard itinerary leaves from Nice and ends in Bordeaux with stops in one of the most important wine regions in world and at the “grand canyon of Europe”. This will be a perfectly balanced mix of history, culture and nature, making for an unforgettable voyage.

Day 1 – Nice arrival (flexibility to arrive 1-2 days earlier)
Day 2 – Nice/Côte d’Azur
Day 3 – Nice/Côte d’Azur, Gorges du Verdon
Day 4 – Gorges du Verdon
Day 5 – Gorges du Verdon, Marseille
Day 6 – Marseille, Calanques in Cassis, return to Marseille
Day 7 – Marseille, Carcassonne
Day 8 – Carcassonne, Toulouse
Day 9 – Toulouse, Bordeaux, Saint-Émilion
Day 10 – Bordeaux/Saint-Émilion
Day 11 – Departure from Bordeaux
Includes (but can be customized): 10 nights accommodations (3 or 4 star hotels depending on availability) (2 nights in Nice, 2 nights near Gorges du Verdon, 2 nights in Marseille, 2 nights in Toulouse/Carcassonne area, 2 nights in either Bordeaux or Saint-Émilion), 10 breakfasts, 4 dinners, 5 lunches, airport transfers to/from hotel, transportation from town to town, guided walking tours (potentially Old Nice, Marseille, Toulouse and/or Bordeaux), visit within the parks (Calanques in Cassis and Gorges du Verdon) plus one wine tasting visit in Bordeaux/Saint-Émilion. Personalized additions either before or after the noted itinerary are possible and gladly accommodated for additional costs.
